How do I Update or Cancel my Membership Plan?


Updating your plan


In order to update your Membership Plan, go to Artist Vendor Dashboard > Settings > Membership (button on top right of Store Settings header.


You will be taken to the Profile Manager page. 
(Alternatively, you can click on the Profile Icon on the top right of the Dashboard and select the Profile Manager then the Membership button).


This is the screen that appears if you are currently a Basic Plan member:


To upgrade, click the "Change or Upgrade your current membership plan >>" button.


You will be taken to the Artist Membership web page, where you will then be able to Sign-up to a new paid plan, by selecting the appropriate sign-up button.


(The registration form will appear with all your details preloaded. You then just need to:

  • Agree to "Terms and Conditions" 
  • Click the Confirm button
  • Make your card payment


{It is important to note, that before you can update an existing paid plan (eg. Monthly Plus plan to Yearly Plus plan). You must first CANCEL your existing plan, revert to a Basic Plan, then update to the new plan}




Cancelling your Membership Plan


Go to the Membership section using Profile Manager or Dashboard settings as previously explained. This is an example of the screen that shows if the plan is other than the Basic Plan:

Simply, click on the Cancel my membership CANCEL button.


Your plan will revert to a Basic Plan, where you can then Update your plan to a new paid plan by following the Updating your Plan instructions above.
