Do I have to ship my Artwork myself?

Yes, you are responsible for shipping.

All artists on SCOTSY are responsible for the fulfilment of their own orders.

As a seller, you are required to package your artwork or merchandise product and ship it to your customer. That includes organizing and paying the Royal Mail or your chosen Delivery Company. On the website shopping cart, customers are charged a shipping amount as per the calculated cost in accordance with your shipping setup.

Products need to be ready to ship before adding as active items

With regard to your product's published state, you should ensure that only items that are ready to ship are included in your active products. Customers expect all published items for sale on the website, to be available in accordance with your shipping policy on your Artist's pages.
