Is there an approval process for artwork product listings?
Yes, the admin does a quick check on all new listings.
When you create a listing, initially you can only save it as a Draft. We do, however, recommend you save your work regularly as a draft when creating your new artwork product listing. Nevertheless, even as a draft, you can preview your listing to see what it will look like live on the site's front end, by clicking the Preview button.
Submitting for approval.
When you have completed your draft listing click the 'submit for approval' button to alert the admin that there is a new product to be checked.
You will be notified in your dashboard notifications and sent an email when SCOTSY admin approves the listing and your listing will go live.
Once approved, the listing will be shown with a Submit button. You will also, on an ongoing basis, now be able to make amendments to your listing and save it live with the submit button. This could be used to update prices, descriptions, variations, etc., as per your requirements later on.
Delisting an item.
If you wish to delist, you can always save it as a draft again. Your listing details will then be retained but will not be shown on the live site.
