Notifications System
About Notifications:
The SCOTSY internal notification system in your dashboard is for communications between Admin, Individual Artists, and/or all Artists. Also, in turn, an individual Artist vendor can send a notification or a reply to Admin.

Notifications are recorded in your Notification Board and messages can be marked as read and also deleted.
In addition, notifications will be sent to your account automatically for "events" on your account.
With all Notifications, an email will be sent to your Artist Vendor account email address directly, to advise you of any notifications/events on your account. There will be a link in the email to your dashboard included, for you to view the details in your dashboard
The "event" notification types:
- Direct message (i.e. message from admin)
- Announcements (refer to announcement article in this article category)
- Product Review
- Low Stock Product
- Status Updated
- Withdrawal Requests
- Refund Requests
- New Product
- New Category
- New Order
- New Enquiry
- New Support
- New Customer
- New Follower
- New Artist
- New Membership
- Approve Membership
- Reminder Membership
- Cancel Membership
- Expire Membership
- Disable Artist
- Pay for Product Credit
- Shipment Tracking
- Shipment Received
- Artist Verification
- Store Review
Notably, the above "events" are displayed in the Notification Board with an appropriate symbol in the "Type" column (Refer above image).
You can also filter notifications by "Only Read" or "Only Unread" and by message Types. Bulk processing can also be carried out - (MARK READ or DELETE) using the 'select all' or the 'individual' selection tick boxes on the left of the "Type" column.
Sending a message to Admin:
Use the "Send Direct Message - To Store Admin" text field form, 'green outline box' shown at the bottom, in the above image.
